Evidence tells us that sleep training(even the gentle kind!) is best left for later on. But before 6 months, you can lay the foundations for
positive sleeping routines and associations that will benefit you and your baby as they grow.

Improving naps and bedtime, and reduce night wakings
Welcoming a new baby into the family
Delaying early wakings
Saying goodbye to tearful sleep
Helping your baby develop a positive attitude to bedtime
With my no tears sleep method you will learn to recognise your baby’s sleep patterns and understand
how to create a happy rest environment so that your little one learns to sleep independently.

Video call consultation (up to 1h 30mins)
Evidence-based advice on creating schedules, information on baby sleep patterns, sleep associations and what to expect from your baby
Bespoke Sleep Shaping Plan including all you need to know to help your baby sleep
Follow up support for 1 week (2 follow ups via phone / video call / email)
Option to book addition support
